i'm learning how to do the rubik's cube.
from edward and jinyan. edwards is frickin good =/
he does it really fast. and he's self taught. eek.
apparently he went online and searched for all the algorithms, and went to youtube to see the advanced moves. insane fellow.
well for now i can only do the first layer. and perhaps struggle with the second layer. havent got to the third layer yet.
but i found the second layer algorithms and the third layer algorithms. now all i need is a rubik's cube....
it's funny how i've only been able to learn in sch by borrowing edward's rubik's cube cause i obviously dont own my own.
and ariel can do the david blaine card shuffling thing. it's frickin cool. he said he watched david blaine videos till he got it.
he cards the deck with one hand and with a flick of a finger, can shoot the middle card out of the center and catch it in his other hand. it's so magical =/ i obviously cant do it cause my fingers are short. shit.
oh and we had training yesterday. which was unusual cause it's ONLY JULY.
but lucius was getting kisau and he wanted us to be super fit by the time training in november REALLY starts. so basically we're gonna be doing physical from now till november =/
yesterday's physical was surprisingly tough. tek came up with this insane jumping course. we had to do about 20 tugjumps. 10 by going forward and 10 on the spot. and after that we did sidehops. and then we did medicine ball exercises. oh and we warmed up with 2.4. ARGHH. my legs are aching now and they havent ached for a long time. then again we havent ran during training for the longest time.
doesnt mean we have to start anytime soon =/
